Are you a fashion merchandiser with the expertise to forecast volume and steer commercial performance? Looking for a role where you can take ownership of seasonal forecasting and stock management, using detailed sales and category analysis to drive profitable range decisions. Along with monitoring stock performance against plan, identifying sales risk, OTB requirements and overstock issues, and producing clear weekly and monthly sales reporting. Work cross-functionally with supply chain, export, logistics and field teams to ensure stock is in the right place at the right time, resolving issues proactively and supporting the effective execution of commercial plans.

The Impact you will have in this role is:

  • You will have a direct impact on the profitability and performance of your product department across DTC and Wholesale channels in the UK and Europe.
  • By owning seasonal forecasting, stock management and availability, you will ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time.
  • Through robust sales and category analysis, you will influence range optimisation and support strategic growth initiatives, maximising sell-through and margin.
  • Working cross-functionally with supply chain, export, logistics and field teams, you will proactively manage risk, resolve issues and ensure plans are executed effectively.
  • As a people manager, you will also develop and support an Assistant Merchandiser, strengthening capability within the team and driving consistently strong commercial outcomes.

As our future Merchandiser you will have:

  • Minimum of 3-years' experience at an Assistant Merchandiser/ Assistant Merch Planner level or above
  • Understanding of Industry standard Merchandising best practice
  • Understanding of supply chain and warehousing
  • Experience in data analytics
  • Ability to communicate effectively both 1-2-1 and in larger groups
  • Excellent Attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Strong organization skills
