The Impact you will have in this role is: The Junior Data and BI Developer plays a key role in strengthening the organisation's enterprise Business Intelligence capability by translating business requirements into visually compelling reports and dashboards that clearly communicate meaningful insights. Working closely with the Group Data Team, Product Owners, SMEs, and Technology teams, the role focuses on refining and enhancing the existing reporting suite, developing new functionality, and investigating data issues with a thorough, analytical mindset. Success requires strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly while championing high‑quality documentation, data governance, and continuous improvement.
