If so, we have an opportunity for a Group Digital Marketplace Account Assistant to join our Digital team.
As our future Group Digital Marketplace Account Assistant, the Impact you will have in this role:
- Support the day-to-day management of DTC marketplace accounts, ensuring products are available, accurate and optimised for customers.
- Monitor marketplace account health, identify issues and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve them efficiently.
- Help maximise brand visibility through daily site reviews, product optimisation and marketplace trading activity.
- Contribute to campaign and trade plan execution to support commercial targets and business growth.
- Use data, reporting and marketplace insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

Key Role Requirements
- Experience in a fast-paced digital, ecommerce, marketplace, or retail environment.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to work confidently with data.

- Ability to manage multiple systems and extract data to support business decisions.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and marketplace, analytics, or product management systems is advantageous.
