We're looking for ambitious Graduates with a passion for Finance to join our 2026 graduate scheme. During a structured programme you will complete rotations across the Finance department and obtain your professional accountancy qualification (ACCA or CIMA).
Your program
- Study support - we will support you in obtaining your professional accountancy qualification (ACCA or CIMA) through funded evening and weekend study (90% funded).
- Breadth of experience - role rotation across finance will ensure you have exposure to real-world experience, supporting your academic studies.

Your expertise
- High-performing students or recent graduates, available to start work after completing their degree in Summer 2026.
- While we welcome graduates from any discipline, it's important that you have a demonstrable interest/experience in Finance and Accounting.
- Commercial awareness and an interest in AI/automation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Highly numerate with a working knowledge of Excel.
- Adaptable and resilient; able to apply your skills to different situations and embrace change.
- Highly analytical with a keen attention to detail.
