Digital Trading Assistant in Urmston

We're looking for a detail-focused Digital Trading Assistant to help bring Regatta's products to life across our digital channels.

If you enjoy working with data, are confident using Excel and take pride in getting the details right first time, you'll fit right in.

You'll be comfortable managing a busy workload, handling routine tasks with accuracy and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Your work will help ensure our customers can easily discover, shop and enjoy the products they need for their next outdoor adventure.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Upload products to the website, ensuring pricing, availability and product information are accurate and on time.

• Maintain product descriptions and coordinate translations for regional launches.

• Support the optimisation of product and collection pages to improve the customer experience.

• Manage product information within Pimberly, ensuring content is accurate and up to date.

• Work with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and improve product content.

• Assist with the creation and maintenance of collection and campaign landing pages.

• Set up promotional activity, including discount codes and multi-buy offers.

• Monitor product uploads, stock availability and trading performance, providing updates to the wider team.

• Build strong relationships across Product, Planning, Marketing and Digital teams.

• Ensure compliance with GDPR, data protection and company policies.

As our future Digital Trading Assistant you will have:

• Entry-level Digital trading experience in a similar fast-paced commercial environment and industry would be preferred but not essential. • Numerate, with experience utilising large data.

• Appreciation for consumer-experience, including consideration of the customer journey.

• Microsoft Excel knowledge (Lookups and Pivot tables)

Preferable experience across:

• Microsoft OneDrive.

• Product & stock management systems e.g. ERP. Relevant systems

• Site merchandising systems e.g. Bloomreach

• Digital analytics solutions e.g. Google Analytics (360), Contentsquare.

• Analytics / BI systems e.g. Google Data Studio, Power BI.
