Are you an organised, detail‑driven administrator with a passion for retail and data? Looking for a role where you can play a key part in supporting product performance and keep stock flowing smoothly? If so, we have an opportunity for a Retail Merchandising Admin Assistant to join our Merchandising team!
Impact
- Produce weekly and monthly sales and stock reports to support management decisions.
- Update and communicate key price changes and promotions.
- Collate and upload sales data promptly.
- Raise seasonal and in‑season orders.
- Support Assistant Merchandisers in identifying and resolving supply chain issues.
- Allocate stock in line with the seasonal merchandising strategy.
- Action authorised allocation changes and recommend adjustments based on events and trends.
- Maintain minimum display stock levels and ensure stores have the right cover, including for promotions.
- Monitor new store stock levels and recommend adjustments where needed.
- Process all stock movements as instructed by Merchandisers.
- Respond to stock queries from Areas.
- Produce ad‑hoc stock and store reports when required.
Qualifications
- Retail industry understanding and experience.
- Basic Knowledge of Merchandising.
- Knowledge of Microsoft platforms including Excel.
- Education to A level or equivalent including a Grade C GCSE maths.
- Ability to communicate effectively both one‑to‑one and in larger groups.
- A can‑do approach to problem solving.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Interest in working with Data and Analytics.
- Proactive desire to learn.
