We have a fantastic opportunity for a Digital Content & Marketing Assistant to join our growing Digital team here at the Regatta Group. The Digital Content & Marketing Assistant reports into the Digital Content Executive and is a crucial function of the Digital Content & Marketing team. This role has primary responsibility for supporting the implementation of digital campaigns and communications across multiple Regatta sites in order to reach & engage new and existing customers, whilst driving global growth.
The impact you’ll have in this role:
- Executing detailed and well-coordinated digital channel plans
- Assisting in communicating the overarching brand direction and optimising campaigns for digital
- Balancing trade and brand priorities appropriately
- Supporting the Digital Content Executive with their remit across all forms of digital content from static information (e.g. delivering info pages), to tactical activities (e.g. trading promotions), to broader brand campaigns (e.g. new season launch, collaborations)
- Working closely with the Digital Content Executive to deliver highly innovative campaigns and content, which drive consumer engagement and increase brand reach to new audiences
- Working with the Digital Content Executive to implement a highly considered and consistent tone of voice which is aligned to brand guidelines, developing content and copywriting skill sets, whilst adapting for the appropriate audience and channel as needed
- Working with the Digital Content Executive to implement the localised content strategy and messaging as appropriate to local markets
- Be responsible for the production of on-site assets and front-end experience to deliver content, working closely with the Digital Content Executive, Digital Designers and Front-end Developers, to QA and execute plans
- Compliance and adherence to consumer and data protection policies, managing consumer data and mitigating risk, aligned to the Groups GDPR strategy and procedures
- Contributing as an active member of the digital content and marketing team, promoting excellent teamwork, leadership within your field and cross-functional working
- Partnerships developed within the Group, which are supportive of delivering change and innovation, including new ways of working
Who we are looking for:
- Understanding and exposure to digital content planning and communication
- Appreciation for consumer-experience, delivering innovative experiences and communications which drive customer retention and brand loyalty
- Ability to communicate effectively both 1-2-1 and in larger groups
- Attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organisation skills
- Understanding of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliance
- Relevant international eCommerce regulations e.g. consent and targeting
Preferable experience across:
- Content Management System (e.g. Contentful, Wordpress)
- Email / CRM platforms (e.g. Bloomreach, Dot Digital, Mailchimp)
- Knowledge of Microsoft platforms
- Briefing and task management systems. E.g. Trello, Clickup, Monday
- Digital analytics solutions e.g. Google Analytics (GA), Microsoft Clarity
