If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Assistant Merchandiser to join our Merchandising team!
The Impact you will have in this role is:
- Produce category performance analysis and make recommendations to maximise sales and profitability.
- Create and maintain range plans in line with merchandising strategy.
- Manage store grading, stock intake and stock exit plans across your area.
- Monitor stock performance and take action to optimise sales and availability.
- Manage replenishment settings and ensure stock is turned on and off appropriately throughout the season.
- Analyse sales and stock performance and recommend changes to range plans and orders.
- Prepare weekly trading information to support forecasting and planning decisions.
- Oversee the distribution of weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Produce analysis on promotions and products to support informed decision-making.
- Identify and resolve supply chain issues and delays.
- Build strong relationships with operational and supply chain teams to ensure plans are executed effectively.
- Support the wider Merchandising team and deputise for the Merchandiser when required.

As our future Retail Assistant Merchandiser you will have:
- At least 2 year experience in Retail merchandising experience
- A minimum of one year's experience as a Senior Assistant Merchandiser
- A good understanding of merchandising best practice.
- Basic knowledge of supply chain processes.
- Experience working with data and analytics to support business decisions.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- A proactive, can-do approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
