The Impact you will have in this role is:

  • You will be at the heart of driving data-led decision-making across our digital ownsites.
  • You will uncover actionable insights that improve customer journeys, optimise conversion, enhance customer engagement and support key trading, marketing and CRM decisions.
  • Acting as the link between data, UX and commercial teams, you will help translate complex data into measurable business growth.

How Success Is Measured

  • Delivering clear, actionable insights that influence business decisions.
  • Improving visibility and understanding of customer behaviour and funnel performance.
  • Supporting sustained improvements in conversion and customer engagement.
  • Increasing adoption of insight-led decision making across Digital, Trading, Marketing and CRM teams.
  • Maintaining accurate, reliable and scalable analytics, reporting and tracking frameworks.
  • Ensuring high standards of GA4 data quality, tagging accuracy and performance reporting.

Key Role Requirements

  • Strong experience in digital analytics, optimisation and e-commerce performance.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and digital measurement frameworks.
  • Experience analysing customer and CRM data, including segmentation and retention opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce funnels, customer journeys and conversion optimisation.
  • Experience with reporting and visualisation tools such as Power BI, SQL and Excel.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations for a wide range of stakeholders.
