Responsibilities

  • Maintains accurate employee records and our internal databases
  • Assist with recruitment process, including advertising roles, assisting managers and maintaining professional communication with candidates
  • Onboarding and offboarding of new starters and leavers in line with the correct internal procedure
  • Process contractual changes in line with the correct internal procedure
  • Help organise and facilitate internal events, wellbeing initiatives and benefits
  • General office administration within the team, including relevant projects and ad‑hoc tasks

Qualifications

  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication skills – concise in written/ verbal communication
  • Good problem solver who takes responsibility for their work
  • Can work co-operatively with others in the team and across the organisation
  • Continue to learn and enhance learning with coursework/exams/qualifications, as applicable
  • Ability to multitask, organise and prioritise work
  • GCSEs A*‑C / 9‑4 including English and Maths C/4+ or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
