We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our Regatta store team in Hawkshead Village for 16 hours per week. The role requires a friendly, enthusiastic personality, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for outdoor adventure gear. This position offers full training and opportunities to develop your retail and merchandising expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a first‑class customer experience tailored to individual needs.
  • Keep the store friendly and inviting through your warm personality and enthusiasm.
  • Replenish and display clothing and accessories using intuitive merchandising skills.
  • Utilise in‑depth product knowledge to provide expert advice on customers’ adventure requirements.
