Join our Digital Content & Marketing team as a key player in shaping and delivering the social media strategy for Regatta and Dare2b. Reporting to the Social Media Manager, you’ll create and coordinate engaging, on‑brand content and campaigns across all social platforms to reach and inspire new and existing customers. You will work collaboratively with Marketing, Design, and Performance teams to ensure campaigns are innovative, consistent, and aligned with business priorities. Using data insights, you’ll track performance, share recommendations, and identify opportunities for growth. Responsibilities
- Support the Social Media Manager in defining and executing the social strategy for Regatta and Dare2b, ensuring all activity aligns with brand goals and KPIs.
- Plan and manage global social media calendars across platforms to drive engagement, reach, and follower growth.
- Create and deliver authentic, on‑brand content and copy tailored to each channel (Instagram, Facebook, X, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.).
- Ensure content is strategically scheduled and optimised for maximum visibility and impact.
- Manage budgets for organic social, working with Performance Marketing to balance short‑ and long‑term goals.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Social Media Executives to enhance skills and performance.
- Report on campaign performance, using tools such as Power BI and Google Analytics to provide actionable insights.
- Monitor audience sentiment, social trends, and community engagement to inform strategy and content planning.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Content, and PR teams to deliver social‑first campaigns and influencer activity that expand brand reach.
- Attend PR events and brand shoots to capture engaging, social‑first content.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams (Product, Retail, etc.) to ensure social activity supports wider business objectives.
Qualifications
- A social trailblazer with 4+ years' experience working with social media.
- Proven history of driving engagement and follower growth across a variety of social media channels.
- Talented content creator, particularly across video.
- Appreciation for consumer experience, delivering innovative social content and communications that drive customer retention and brand loyalty.
- Experienced in working cross‑functionally to deliver change, influencing others, with a 'can do' attitude and hands‑on solution‑based approach.
- Ability to communicate effectively both 1-2-1 and in larger groups.
- Proven budget management experience.
- Awareness of the importance of planning and developing social media aligned to trading performance plans.
- Experience in complying to General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Relevant international eCommerce regulations experience (e.g., consent and targeting).
