If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Assistant to join our Hilliers Garden Centre store team in Newbury.

The role works 4 hours per week, including occasional evenings and at least one day each weekend.

Previous retail experience is essential, but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a first‑class customer experience tailored to people’s individual needs.
  • Help maximise sales within your concession area.
  • Keep your concession friendly and inviting with a warm personality and enthusiasm.
  • Process deliveries and replenish, display clothing and accessories with intuitive merchandising skills.
  • Use in‑depth product knowledge to provide expert advice on customer needs.
