This role is for a Supervisor at Regatta in Manchester, 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a first‑class customer experience, tailored to individual needs.
  • Maintain a friendly and inviting store atmosphere for regular and new customers.
  • Replenish and display clothing and accessories with intuitive merchandising skills.
  • Provide expert advice on products, features, and benefits.
  • Offer operational support to the Store Manager, motivating the team to maintain consistently high standards.
  • Run the store in the Manager’s absence, cash up tills, open and close the store.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience working within a retail store.
  • Experience supervising and motivating a team is beneficial.
  • Strong customer service skills and product knowledge.
