This role is for a Supervisor at Regatta in Manchester, 30 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a first‑class customer experience, tailored to individual needs.
- Maintain a friendly and inviting store atmosphere for regular and new customers.
- Replenish and display clothing and accessories with intuitive merchandising skills.
- Provide expert advice on products, features, and benefits.
- Offer operational support to the Store Manager, motivating the team to maintain consistently high standards.
- Run the store in the Manager’s absence, cash up tills, open and close the store.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working within a retail store.
- Experience supervising and motivating a team is beneficial.
- Strong customer service skills and product knowledge.
