Specialising in uniquely designed jewellery and accessories with a fierce edge and dreamy-dark twist, Regalrose is going from strength to strength as demonstrated by our exceptional growth over the last few years. We have built up a loyal community of passionate fans and customers, delivering our products to over 80 countries worldwide. We are now looking for an outstanding and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in our offices, located in St Albans.

About You

You will be a driven, hardworking, and self-motivated individual. You will have experience in a similar role and have worked with a small to medium sized business. You will have worked directly with stakeholders and for a company with fast-growing turnover. You will be experienced in E-commerce global sales. You will be comfortable in a stand-alone role with the ability to manage yourself and prioritise your workload to the needs of the business. You will have exceptional attention to detail, be highly organised and professional, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to grow a team underneath you.

Requirements and Skills:

The Marketing Manager, you will lead Regalrose’s annual campaign strategy, overseeing the promotion of new collections, events and other activities across key marketing channels. You will manage the marketing platforms, tools and apps in place and oversee all channels and projects. You will be responsible for the efficiency and continuous improvement of the department, orchestrating the team, identifying new tools, tech trends and emerging opportunities and be the primary point of contact with third party suppliers.

The Role and Accountabilities:

  • Overall goal: Measure and report on results.
  • Manage and support the key areas, work processes and team to ensure deadlines are reached.
  • Responsible for the line management of the Social Media Executive and the Content Creator/ Graphic Designer and will work in collaboration with the digital paid ads manager and freelance affiliate and influencer manager.
  • Ensure marketing team members achieve their individual KPIs and contribute to overall department goals.
  • Oversee and execute online promotions, reviewing performance and managing expectations by managing the marketing team and ensuring the annual content and marketing strategy is delivered on time.
  • Define, lead and coordinate promotional activities across key channels including social media, email, SMS digital ads and influencers.
  • Work with Social Media and Content Creator to produce engaging content increasing website traffic.
  • Convey a consistent brand image and tone throughout campaigns.
  • Oversee and collaborate social media and Email newsletter posting schedule.
  • Allocate resources efficiently to ensure effective and timely execution of the annual marketing campaigns.
  • Liaise with finance to monitor outgoings related to Marketing.
  • Monitor and update key work processes utilising Notion.
  • Monitor and update marketing channels and platforms including Klaviyo and Triple Whale.
  • Ensure communication and messaging across channels are aligned.
  • Oversee paid ads strategy with external agency, maintaining ROAS and MER.
  • Oversee affiliate strategy, working with the external influencer agent to ensure targets are met and ROI target maintained for paid collaborations.
  • Keep up to date with tech updates and optimise existing channels and platforms for continuous efficiency.
  • Keep up to date and identify emerging platforms ensuring opportunities and consumer preferences are not missed.

Qualifications Required:

  • At least 4 years experience in a similar role, with background in marketing.
  • Ideally degree qualified.
  • Solid experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing, with commercial awareness skills.
  • Tech-savvy, quick learner and comfortable with new technologies.

  • Works closely with: Founders, Buying & Merchandising, Quality Control and Customer Experience

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary range: £50 – 60K

Hours: Flexitime Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.00am – 5pm (37.5 hours per week – 7.5 hours per day).

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, on-site, Possible 1 day remote working after 6 months' probation pass.

Location: Office based role, St Albans, AL3 6PA.
