Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and tailored online tutoring sessions to students across KS1–KS4 levels.
- Assess individual student needs and adapt teaching methods accordingly to maximise understanding and progress.
- Support students in developing key skills, confidence, and motivation in various subjects.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and areas for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding student performance and development.
- Utilise digital tools and resources to create interactive and stimulating learning experiences.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages questions, curiosity, and active participation.
Experience
- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching children across primary and secondary school levels.
- Knowledge of curriculum requirements for KS1–KS4 subjects.
- Experience working with children with special educational needs is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to suit diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Prior experience with online teaching platforms or digital educational tools is advantageous but not mandatory.
