Urgent Requirement – Java Lead / Architect Contract / Remote

We’re looking for a hands-on Java Lead / Architect to drive a high-impact data integration and transformation project. You’ll lead two developers, set technical direction, and roll your sleeves up with Java and XML-heavy workstreams.

Key Tech:

  • Java 8+
  • Spring Boot
  • Camel XML (XSD, XPath, XSLT, Schematron)
  • Canonical data modelling & semantic structures
  • AWS deployment of transformation pipelines
  • Tools like Altova, XStream, MaterialUI

Bonus if you know:

  • Finvoice
  • Peppol
  • UBL
  • TEAPPS
  • B2B/EDI exchange formats

You’ll need to be:

  • Equally comfortable leading and coding
  • Strong on integration patterns and XML tech
  • Confident translating specs into clean, documented solutions
  • Experienced with agile teams, CI/CD, and performance tuning
