Senior Support Services Engineer (AV Technology) Ready to step into a senior-level AV support role with variety, responsibility, and real impact? We’re looking for an experienced Senior Support Services Engineer to lead client support delivery across cutting-edge AV, networking, and control systems. This is a hands-on technical role with leadership responsibilities—mentoring junior engineers, solving complex problems, and shaping service operations. What you\’ll be doing: Leading technical support for AV systems (Crestron, QSC, Bose, Yealink, Neat, etc.) Handling escalations and mentoring junior engineers Managing service tickets and on-site troubleshooting Contributing to project handovers and system documentation Exploring and implementing new remote support strategies ✅ What we’re looking for: Strong AV troubleshooting and installation background Familiarity with video conferencing, DSPs, control systems Proven leadership and team guidance experience Organised, proactive and client-focused CTS certification a plus Expect exciting clients, a down-to-earth team, and the chance to work across sectors like retail, education, hospitality, and motorsport
