Principal Consultant (VMware NSX-T)
Location: Farnborough, Hampshire (Blended – Onsite required)
Start Date: 20th January – 14 day contract
Security Clearance: SC Clearance
We have an urgent requirement for a Principal Consultant with strong expertise in VMware NSX-T for an immediate start on the 20th of January. This is a blended role based in Farnborough, Hampshire , with some onsite presence required. The person must possess valid SC clearance to be considered for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
NSX-V to NSX-T Migration :
Review and discover the current NSX-V environment configuration .
Create the design and planning documentation for the NSX-V to NSX-T migration .
Deploy NSX-T Manager VMs and configure IP pools .
Deploy NSX-T Edges , migrate NSX-V Edges , and migrate ESXi Hosts .
Conduct standard testing for the solution.
Work on a Time and Materials (T&E) basis during this phase of the engagement.
Must-Have Skills:
Extensive experience with VMware NSX-T (Consulting, Design, and Implementation)
Current SC clearance is a must for this role
Nice-to-Have Skills:
~ Prior experience in NSX-V to NSX-T migration and working on VMware migration plans
