Training and DevelopmentFull training and ongoing development opportunities are provided to support your professional growth within the care sector.
As an Activities Coordinator, you will organise and deliver a varied programme of meaningful activities that support residents’ physical, emotional, and social wellbeing. Previous experience in activities coordination or working in a care environment is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided. Experience in a care home or similar environment is also desirable. You should be reliable, flexible, and committed to high standards.
Good written and verbal English communication skills are required.
In return for your dedication, we offer a competitive salary and a range of benefits, including:
- Free training and development opportunities
- Wellbeing and employee support resources
- Employee of the Month recognition
- Long Service Awards
- Opportunities for career progression
