We are currently seeking passionate and experienced Healthcare Assistants to join our growing teams in various locations across the UK, including Kent, the Midlands, Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire, Yorkshire, and Sussex.

As a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in resident well‑being while leading and motivating a dedicated care team.
Role Requirements
- Deliver exceptional resident care: In accordance with current best practices, ensuring resident comfort, dignity, and well‑being according to care plans, policy, procedural and relevant legislative requirements.
- Assist with daily living activities: Including meals, personal care, medication, cleaning, dressing, bathing and social interaction.
- Communicate and collaborate: Liaise with residents, families and stakeholders, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate resident records.
- Ensure safety and security of residents and staff.
- A team player who thrives in collaboration and manages multiple priorities.
- Organised with strong attention to detail.
- Problem‑solving skills with critical thinking and sound decision‑making.
