We are working with a high-performing investment banking team in Central London that is expanding its junior talent pipeline. They are looking for ambitious individuals who want to be immersed in real transactions, gain exposure to senior dealmakers, and develop the technical and commercial skills required to thrive in investment banking.
What You Will Be Doing
- Support senior bankers on live transactions including mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising
- Assist in preparing pitch books, financial models, and client presentations
- Conduct market research, sector analysis, and competitor benchmarking
- Work closely with analysts and associates to interpret financial data and trends
- Attend internal strategy discussions and gradually gain exposure to client interactions
- Build an understanding of deal structuring, valuation techniques, and execution processes
