This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Account Manager based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with some remote work flexibility. As a Senior Account Manager, you will manage a diverse portfolio of key client accounts, build and maintain strong relationships, and oversee the delivery of services to meet client needs. Responsibilities include developing strategic account plans, identifying and pursuing growth opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction through regular communication. Collaboration with internal teams to provide tailored solutions and support clients in navigating regulatory reporting requirements will also be key components of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in account management, client relationship building, stakeholder engagement, and conflict resolution
- In-depth understanding or experience with regulatory reporting, compliance processes, and global financial regulations such as MiFID II, EMIR, and AIFMD
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to create strategic account plans and achieve sales or growth targets
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data management tools
- Proactive approach, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience); advanced degrees or certifications in finance, compliance, or project management considered a plus
- Experience in fintech, banking, or financial services industries is strongly preferred
