Warehouse Manager

We Are Refyne are partnered with a Personal Product Care Manufacturer based in Scotland, who are seeking a Warehouse Manager to join their thriving and expanding business.

You will work closely with the Operations Manager, helping to ensure the efficient functioning of a fast-paced environment.

Main Duties

1. Oversee all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
2. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
3. Overseeing the daily management of warehouse staff.
4. Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure high performance and efficiency.
5. Schedule shifts and assign tasks to the team.
6. Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to improve team productivity.
7. Coordinate with Logistics team to manage dispatch schedules to ensure on-time deliveries.
8. Identify areas for process optimisation and implement improvements.
9. Reduce operational costs while maintaining efficiency and quality.
10. Ensure company goals and customer requirements are met.
11. Enforce compliance with health, safety, and standard operating procedures.
12. Prepare reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and operational efficiency.
13. Maintain housekeeping standards and promote continuous improvement within the warehouse.

About You

1. At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG sector.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
5. Knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
