An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and talented Salon Manager to lead and inspire our Brighton salon team in delivering an exceptional client experience. As part of the team, you will specialise in fitting, cutting, colouring, and styling wigs and hair systems for men, women, and children, always ensuring the client is at the heart of everything you do.
Your primary focus will be driving financial performance, managing the team, and overseeing all salon operations, reporting directly to the CEO. A secondary focus will be representing the brand when visiting retail salons and trade customers, building strong relationships, and educating them on our products to drive revenue. Travel and representation are essential aspects of this role.

Salon Management – Key Responsibilities (80%)
• Hair replacement stylist: Provide consultations and deliver a 5-star experience each time, offering our full range of products and services.
• Oversee all salon operations, including admin and stock management.
• Drive profitability through consistent monitoring of sales performance.
• Provide regular feedback to senior management on all aspects of salon performance.
• Maintain strong relationships with NHS hospitals and clinics, ensuring all admin is in place for clients.
• Be a dynamic leader, motivating the team with a growth-focused culture and conducting performance reviews.
• Build client rapport to increase the salon’s client base and ensure repeat visits.
• Be commercially driven and innovative in your approach to social media, connecting with both existing and new clients.
• Implement and manage health and safety policies in collaboration with the relevant head office departments.
Retail and Trade Customer – Key Responsibilities (20%)
• Promote products and services when visiting retail and trade customers, attending industry events, and representing the brand at trade shows and promotional events.
• Strengthen existing trade customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and drive sales growth.
• Educate trade customers on the benefits and features of all products.
