We Are Refyne are proud to be exclusively partnered with an innovative Beauty & Cosmetics brand, who due to continued growth and success are now on the lookout for an NPD Manager. You will be responsible for the full NPD cycle, sourcing suppliers and leading design & packaging processes to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and meeting quality standards. Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end product development process. • Oversee product launches from concept through to delivery, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, timely execution, and achievement of KPIs (profit, revenue, brand growth). • Researching market trends and analysing new opportunities for innovation. • Working collaboratively with wider teams to support campaigns and new product launches. • Project Management – maintaining relationships with existing clients and managing portfolios (Project • Sourcing new suppliers and liaising with external stakeholders. • Manage all regulatory, quality and compliance aspects of New Product Development.
