Overview: I am working closely with a luxury skincare brand who are rapidly growing & highly wanted products are sold in 60 countries worldwide! They are focused around premium, safe & clinically proven ingredients, their results speak for themselves.

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Calendar: Create, maintain and update marketing calendars, ensuring accurate reflection of UK promotions.
  • Campaign Management: Identify and co-ordinate activities to deliver campaign objectives.
  • Promotions Management: Organise and oversee promotional activities for the professional channel and online retailers in the UK market. Analyse margins and unit economics and outcomes compared with forecast.
  • Competitor Awareness: Conduct competitor analysis to inform strategies.
  • Project Management: Lead project management efforts for new product launches, campaigns, channel marketing initiatives, and ongoing marketing tasks, ensuring timelines are met.
  • CRM Implementation: Co-ordinate the activities related to implementation of HubSpot CRM.
  • Image Relay Management: Oversee and organise assets in the UK folder, ensuring easy access and organisation.
  • Sales and Education Webinars and Events: Coordinate requests for sales and education teams regarding webinars and events, assisting with planning, logistics, presentations, and assets to disseminate marketing information.
  • Budget Management: Manage spend within agreed limits for each activity, recording actual vs Plan for both spend and revenue generated.
  • Reports Management: Gather data from a variety of sources to report on the success of each initiative and relevant KPIs.
