Overview: I am working with a Health & Wellbeing brand who are committed to promoting beauty from the inside out through supplements designed to support overall wellness. The brand’s mission is to help consumers feel their best at every age.

Responsibilities:

* Help develop creative strategies to encourage and collect user-generated content that aligns with brand messaging.

* Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that inspire customers to share their skincare stories, product experiences, and before-and-after content.

* Curate and repurpose UGC across various platforms (social media, website, email campaigns, etc.) to boost engagement and brand visibility.

* Assist in creating content calendars that incorporate UGC, ensuring a steady flow of fresh, authentic content across brand touchpoints.

* Work with the creative team to craft compelling narratives around UGC, ensuring the content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with our target audience.

* Foster relationships with loyal customers and brand advocates to encourage ongoing UGC generation.

* Identify and nurture potential brand ambassadors from the community, leveraging their UGC for more impactful campaigns.

* Collaborate with the content team to incorporate UGC into broader brand communications, ensuring a consistent tone and message.

You Are:

* 1-2 years of experience in content strategy, creative marketing, or social media management, with a strong understanding of UGC.

* Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and how UGC influences brand perception.

* A creative thinker who thrives in a collaborative environment.

* Passionate about skincare, wellness, and the power of authentic communication.

* Enthusiastic and proactive, with a positive attitude and the ability to take initiative
