Responsibilities: · Develop strategies to improve conversion rates and drive sales. · Analyse website performance and user behaviour to optimize conversion. · Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to enhance the customer experience. · Oversee daily e-commerce operations, ensuring optimal product presentation and availability. · Monitor KPIs like conversion rate and AOV to guide decisions. · Use analytics tools to track performance and implement improvements. · Ensure a seamless customer journey from landing page to checkout. · Address barriers to purchasing and refine the payment process. · Collaborate with marketing and the founder to enhance website performance. · Support marketing and creative teams in product launches and campaigns. · Assist in tracking inventory and managing stock levels. About you: · 1+ year Shopify experience. · Excellent analytical skills, with proficiency in Google Analytics. · Familiarity with DTC tech stack. · Comfortable handling CSV data and making data-driven decisions. · At least 1 year of experience in an e-commerce role
