REFY are looking for Sales & Education Advisor to represent our brand in Sephora stores in Manhattan, New York. You’ll engage clients, educate Sephora teams, and drive sales while embodying REFY’s mission of simplifying beauty for our community. This is a freelance role, and hours are not guaranteed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Educate & inspire Sephora teams and clients to maximize impact and drive sales
- Create exceptional brand experiences for our community
- Work in a collaborative and empowering environment
- Oversee stock, visual merchandising and operational initiatives
- Support in store eventing and large scale trainings
- Leveraging relationships with in store teams to achieve daily and hourly sales targets
