The role
We are looking for someone to join REFY as a temporary Inbound Logistics Assistant and play a pivotal role in one of the UK’s fastest-growing beauty businesses.
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support our Supply Chain operations to manage our inbound shipments, coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders and warehouse teams to guarantee smooth and timely deliveries.

This will be a temporary rolling contract.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor inbound shipments from global and domestic suppliers.
- Obtain freight quotes, tracking costs and booking collections.
- Collate and review shipping documents including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading and customs paperwork.
- Track shipments and proactively resolve delivery issues such as delays, shortages or damages.
- Support customs clearance processes and ensure compliance with trade regulations and Incoterms.
- Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to confirm goods receipt and maintain accurate stock records.
- Maintain shipment logs with up to date information and arrival dates, prepare regular reports on delivery status and performance metrics.
Skills, knowledge and expertise
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Detail orientated, with strong organisational skills.
- Basic knowledge of international shipping practices, customs procedures and Incoterms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Prior experience in logistics, freight forwarding or supply chain support is advantageous.
- Experience with logistics or ERP systems preferable.
