Ensure targets for sales and Gift Aid income are met to ensure the financial sustainabilty of the shop
Maximise reuse by collecting & supplying low cost household items to people on low incomes.
Provide support & guidance to staff and volunteers.
Lead from the front & be involved in all aspects of the job including lifting furniture, appliances & have strong staff supervision & team building skills.
Provide an inviting shop experience, engaging positively with Refurnish customers and the local community.
