Refugee Support Group is seeking a Level 2 IAA Adviser to provide regulated immigration advice within a charity setting. You will manage a varied caseload, deliver compassionate support, prepare applications and representations, and help clients understand their rights and options.
You will conduct sensitive interviews, maintain case records, and ensure compliance with Home Office processes and data protection standards while engaging with outreach activities and partner organisations.
