Refuge is inviting applications for a Duty Independent Gender Violence Advocate (IGVA) based in Lambeth, London. This full-time fixed term contract runs until March 2027, offering a salary of £29,701.36 per year (London weighting included). Hours are 37.5 per week with a rotating on-call schedule, Monday to Friday 8am–6pm, with some days 8–4 or 10–6 to cover duty shifts.
The IGVA will be the first contact for survivors referred to the Gaia Centre, handling self-referrals and daily inquiries.
