Location: Homeworking with a requirement to occasionally work at Head Office (Vauxhall, London). The role will also be considered on a fully homeworking basis.

Service/Location/Team: Finance Team

Salary: £47,701.95 per annum plus £3,000 London Weighting (may not be applicable depending on your home location and any agreed permanent homeworking arrangement).

Contract type: Full Time, Fixed Term (until April 2027)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Role Overview: We are recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join our Finance Team. You will manage all aspects of business partnering, including the preparation of monthly management information and insights to support colleagues across the organisation. The role is part of an interim fixed‑term maternity cover during a period of significant financial transformation, and you will help modernise financial management across the charity.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a modern finance partnering service in a charity or housing‑association setting.
  • Prepare and analyse monthly management information and provide insights to decision makers.
  • Support the implementation and use of a new financial management system.
  • Work closely with business units to drive financial planning, reporting and analytical support.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or similar finance‑partnering role.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a charity or housing‑association is preferred.
  • Understanding of modern finance systems and processes.
