Salary: £38,674.05 per annum

Are you passionate about supporting women and children affected by domestic abuse? Join our team at Athena Lewisham as a Deputy Service Manager. In this role, you'll provide direct line management to a team of Domestic Abuse Workers, including Community Outreach Workers, a Housing IGVA, and an Early Intervention worker. You'll supervise complex casework, manage operational emergencies, and ensure high standards of casework management. Additionally, you'll lead the "Own My Life" group work for women, supported by our dedicated volunteers.

Your responsibilities will include providing expert advocacy and support to survivors, motivating your team, supporting their well-being, and managing relationships with agencies within the multi-agency partnerships, commissioners and funders. We're looking for someone with experience in team management and community-based services, who has a strong understanding of gender-based abuse and advocacy.
