Refuge is about to embark on a major programme of change to its business systems. This role will be crucial to the success of the programme.

We are looking for an Application Support Analyst to work with our Business Systems Analyst in the implementation of these systems, including testing and training users. Once the systems are live, the Application Support Analyst will be responsible for day-to-day issues, monitoring the support inbox and liaising with the provider to resolve issues. They will also be expected to create a training plan for new and existing staff.
