Key Responsibilities
- Provide 3rd line technical support and troubleshooting for Apple Mac systems OS issues, software deployments & security updates.
- Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) using Jamf Pro and Workspace ONE (formerly AirWatch)
- Project work across cyber security, hardware refreshes, and system integration
Required Skills
- Workspace ONE / WS1 experience (formerly AirWatch)
- Jamf Pro - bonus points for Jamf 200/300 certifications
