Senior Financial Accountant

Senior Financial Accountant / Group Financial Reporting Manager £75,000 – £80,000 Hybrid – London. We’re working with a fast-growing online business with current revenues of £150m and rising. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing international company with plans for further expansion over the next five years. The role will report into the Group Finance Director and will be responsible for external group reporting and the consolidation, and will lead important improvement projects. It’s a high-profile role and will have good exposure to senior management. The individual filling this role will combine strategic thinking, strong technical accounting skills and hands-on attention to detail. What will you do? Amongst other things, leading on the stat accounts, managing the relationship with external auditors, monthly and quarterly financial reporting, providing specialist technical accounting advice, project work, ownership of UK tax issues and ad-hoc support to the FD. Who are we looking for? You might be coming right from audit practice. You might have a few years’ experience in an SME. We’re open to both routes, however in both you should have a background working with complex, international group structures.
