Head of Reporting, Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Up to £85,000 plus package Hybrid – near Gatwick (easy from Clapham and parking available) Refreshing are working with a growing business in the Energy Analytics sector to find an ambitious Head of Reporting, Planning and Analysis. With 500 employees and a turnover of over £70m, the company has experienced significant growth in recent years. It’s now time to bring in this new role – reporting directly to the CFO. This is a highly commercial position and would suit someone coming from an FP&A background who wants to step into a broader ‘Head Of’ position. You’ll lead the forecasting and budgeting process for the group, prepare monthly management accounts and information packs, work with the finance team on cash flow forecasting, improve processes and controls, work on projects, manage a team of 3 reports, and lots more. The ideal candidate will also have experience of statutory reporting and systems implementation, so please highlight this to us if it’s not clear on your profile.
