We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join an excellent nursery based near Bournemouth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education with a level 3 qualification or equivalent and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the development of children in the nursery setting. As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experiences of our youngest learners.
Salary: £27,000 – £29,200 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Location: Bournemouth
Duties:
- Plan and implement engaging educational activities that promote learning through play.
- Build a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all children.
- Observe and assess children's development, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships.
- Manage daily routines and ensure the smooth operation of the nursery.
- Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in early years education.
- Follow the EYFS practice.

Qualifications:
