They are seeking a passionate and experienced Speech Language Therapist to join their team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified therapist who is committed to helping young people overcome communication barriers, develop confidence, and achieve their full educational and personal potential.
Location : Poole Hours : 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday – 42 weeks per year Salary : £30,000 - £50,000 depending on experience Key Responsibilities Deliver specialist speech and language therapy assessments and interventions.
Manage a varied caseload of pupils with speech, language and communication needs.
Design and implement individual and group therapy programmes.
Lead and support Therapy Assistants in delivering bespoke intervention plans.
Provide advice and training to teaching staff on effective communication strategies.
Contribute to EHCP outcomes, annual reviews, and multidisciplinary meetings.
Monitor pupil progress and maintain accurate clinical records.
