Education, Health, and Care Plans Administrator

Location: Cambridgeshire

Salary: 22,675 - 23,300 per annum

Hours: Full Time | Term Time Only (Monday to Friday, 8:00am 4:00pm)

Are you an organised administrator with excellent communication skills and a passion for supporting young people with additional needs? We are seeking a proactive EHCP Administrator to join our dedicated specialist education team. This is a rewarding opportunity to play a vital role in ensuring Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) are managed efficiently, enabling children and young people with Special Educational Needs to receive the support they need to thrive.

Working closely with the SENCo and wider multidisciplinary team, you will coordinate Annual Reviews, maintain accurate records, and ensure statutory deadlines are consistently met.

About the Role

As the EHCP Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating the administration of the EHCP review process across the school. Your attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to communicate effectively with families, professionals and local authorities will be essential in delivering a high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and attend EHCP Annual Review and Transition Review meetings.
  • Prepare and distribute documentation before and after meetings.
  • Record accurate meeting notes and complete statutory paperwork.
