We are working with an award winning Education provider in the area of Girton, Cambridge. They are looking for a Residential Support Worker to join their team. The role is term time only. It will be on a Rota system, one week early, one week late, Monday - Friday.
Main Duties
- Work in a friendly and supportive boarding environment
- Make sure each young person feels safe and cared for
- Work in a challenging but immensely rewarding environment
- Passionate about supporting the development of social, life and independence skills

Person Spec
- Experience working with pupils on the Autistic spectrum is desirable
- Proven experience of working with children in a residential setting
- Experience working with young people with special education needs or additional learning difficulties would be advantageous
As part of our commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the children and young people, the successful candidate is expected to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
