We are looking for a Caretaker to work for our prestigious client based near Bridgewater. The role is a live in position with the accommodation inclusive.
Due to the nature of this role you will require a full enhanced DBS clearance and 5 years of references.
Salary: £24,300 per annum (inclusive of accommodation)
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: Near Bridgewater
Main Duties:
- Maintenance of the property including fixing and repairing
- Building upkeep
- Security to ensure everything stays safe
- Securing the property and being a key holder
- Upkeep of the grounds
- Driving around the grounds
Person Spec:
- Practical hands on problem solver
- DIY experience
- Maintenance experience
- Working knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety
- Full UK driving license
- Experience of working in a school, care home or facility management preferable
