The Opportunity
Are you a fluent Dutch speaker with a passion for sales, travel and delivering an excellent customer experience? We’re recruiting for a Dutch-Speaking Inbound Sales & Customer Service Agent to join a busy, high-performing customer contact team supporting customers with holiday bookings and enquiries. This is an inbound role where you’ll speak with customers who are already interested in booking. Your job will be to understand what they’re looking for, confidently recommend the right options and turn enquiries into confirmed bookings. You’ll also have opportunities to increase the value of each booking by recommending relevant upgrades, activities and additional services.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handle inbound sales and customer service calls
- Convert customer enquiries into confirmed holiday bookings
- Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable options
- Use confident and persuasive sales techniques to secure reservations
- Identify opportunities to upsell upgrades, activities, additional products and extended stays
- Assist customers with booking changes, cancellations and confirmations
- Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout every interaction
- Work towards and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs
What We’re Looking For
Fluent Dutch is essential for this position. You’ll also need:
- Proven sales experience
- Confidence influencing customers and closing sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A natural drive to achieve and exceed targets
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A professional, motivated and resilient approach
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a successful team
- An understanding of contact centre KPIs
Previous experience within travel, hospitality, retail, telecoms or a contact centre environment would be particularly beneficial.
