Warehouse Shift Manager – Refresco, Kegworth
3 on 3 off, days and nights, 6am-6pm

As Warehouse Shift Manager here are your key areas of focus:
- Always ensure compliance to all Company Health and Safety and GMP standards.
- Ensure accurate control of all finished goods, raw materials, and packaging, ensuring total traceability of product via the warehouse management system.
- Manage and develop a shift team to a level that accommodates optimum completion of all required tasks.
- Develop and manage the shift team by managing performance and behaviours to achieve the defined standards.
- Collaboratively work with the Shift Management team to ensure consistent standards are applied and all service expectations and department KPI’s are achieved (internal and external).
About You:
You will need to have previous experience of leading and managing people within a FMCG environment ideally, a good understanding and awareness of Warehousing, stock control processes and Warehouse management system. You will have excellent organisational skills, proven ability to define and manage to clear process standards and well-developed IT skills including Databases, Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook. You will need to work flexibly within the needs of the business, have ability to plan and prioritise own workload and enjoy working in a team.
