About the Role

  • 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 12 hour shifts, days and nights
  • Permanent

As a Warehouse Operative you will be part of a supportive team, working with colleagues who will help you settle in, find your way around, and show you the ropes. Your main tasks and duties will be:

  • Receive, put away, pick, and dispatch pallets of raw materials or finished goods in warehouses.
  • Process raw materials or finished goods using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Utilise Materials Handling Equipment (MHE) such as Very Narrow Aisle trucks, counterbalance, reach trucks, ride-on, or Pedestrian Operated trucks.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and oversee returns while working to minimize waste and promote recycling.
  • Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), collaborate within a team to maintain audit readiness, and contribute to achieving team and company-wide targets.
