Are you ready to take the lead in shaping the technical agenda for our Systems Data team at Refresco? In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure the accuracy of all master data across our IT systems, enabling seamless purchasing, manufacturing, and dispatch of Refresco UK products. This role allows regular team collaboration across multiple sites, including monthly travel to our Bridgwater site. What you’ll be doing as a Systems & Master Data Manager:
- Lead the technical agenda for the Systems Data team, ensuring the accuracy of all master data in all relevant IT systems to permit effective purchasing, manufacturing and dispatch of Refresco UK products and delivering to agreed technical KPI’s and objectives.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the UK Systems Data Team in all technical systems.
- Power Bi reporting skills with the ability to lead and build all technical KPI’s to drive key quality performance across the technical team.
- Oversee the integration of Technical Quality Management data strategies into automated and cloud-based systems to enhance data quality, improve accessibility, and drive operational efficiency.
- Manage and optimize master data in databases using SQL, ensuring high data integrity, consistency, and performance to support analytics, reporting, and business operations.
- Ensure accurate recording of materials and products in relevant IT systems (SAP, iRen, SAP QM and Harford, Manzini, Botec, Tetra, and Marco Systems).
- Maintain data accuracy and timeliness following best practices.
- Drive continuous process improvement and waste elimination by analyzing master data workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing best practices to enhance productivity, reduce errors, and support lean data operations.
- Ensure availability and review of internal documents as per document control procedures.
- Provide system support during audits to maintain satisfactory standards.
- Collaborate with the Head of Technical and Quality Management on improving Technical data maintenance.
- Foster team development and create a succession plan for skills enhancement.
- Govern the group technical agenda, drive quality improvement projects, and deliver the technical annual review.
- Create an engaging environment within technical and operations teams to achieve Refresco's technical agenda.
