As a Multiskilled Production Operative, you will play a vital role in crafting some of the world’s most beloved beverages at our UK’s largest, state-of-the-art Bridgwater site. About The Role
- £35,075.04
- 24/7 shift pattern - A 4 on 4 off continuous shift pattern, including 12 hours shifts, days and nights. Average of 42 hours per week.
- Permanent
Your main tasks and duties will be:
- Operate standard machinery at a basic level - full training provided.
- Ensure the effective running of production and packaging lines.
- Complete quality checks and record results, reporting any non-conformances.
- Work as part of a team to ensure the site is audit-ready at all times.
- Contribute to meeting team and company-wide production targets, which make a real difference to our business and our customers.
